HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED?

Upon completion of the payment you will receive an email confirmation from both RunFaster and Paypal. If you do not receive these please let us know at info@runfastergear.com.au

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

We ship via Express post Australia wide – we normally send out your order within 24-48 hours so most metro locations should receive your order in approx. 2-3 days. Outside of metro locations will take a little longer depending on where you are located. Please visit http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/delivery-areas.html to check your area time frames.

 

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

We ship worldwide via Australia Post. Shipping takes 5-15 business days depending on your location.

 

AM I ABLE TO TRACK THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?

Absolutely! Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Alternatively, you can email info@runfastergear.com.au and we will assist in tracking it for you.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M NOT THERE WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVES?

Australia post will deliver straight to your door. If the delivery driver deems it safe they will try to leave your package at the delivery address in a safe spot. Please let us know in the order comments if there are any special delivery instructions to assist the driver in delivering your package safely eg. Please leave at front door behind pot plant. However if un-deliverable, a calling card will be placed in your letterbox or at your front door to notify you that your parcel is ready to collect at your nearest post office.

 

CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Please let us know as soon as you can if you wish to cancel or make changes to your order. As we pride ourselves on quick delivery we may have already processed your order but we will do our best to accommodate your request.

 

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?

Yes, we have a flexible returns policy – you can find more information listed here https://www.runfastergear.com.au/returns/

 

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR POSTAGE IF I RETURN MY ITEM?

In most instances yes, you will have to cover the postage cost to return any items to us. Exceptions will be made if the item is faulty or dispatch errors for example. Please chat to our friendly staff at info@runfastergear.com.au if you have any questions at all.

 

I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM

We’re so sorry! Please contact us on info@runfastergear.com.au with your order number and any details about the incorrect/faulty items and we will sort it out for you straight away.

 

ARE RUNFASTER SIZES STANDARD? WHAT IF MY BODY TYPE IS IN BETWEEN SIZES?

Our sizing is listed on our website in Australian standard sizing, however items can vary depending on the style and brand – we will always itemize this on the description page of the specific product in question so please follow the sizing guide for each item. *Please note some of our products will have Brazilian sizes on the swing tags but we have translated this for you on our website to Australian sizes. P = Small  M = Medium  G = Large  GG = XLarge

 

HOW DO I FIND OUT THE MATERIALS OF THE GARMENT?

The materials of each garment are located in the description of each product.

 

DO THEY HAVE A DRAWSTRING?

No – most of our ranges are specifically designed so that they don’t need one. The normal waist has elastic built into the top and sides of the waistband and the high waist has elastic built into the sides of the waistband to hold them in place and prevent slipping.

 

DO THEY HAVE A POCKET?

No they don’t have currently a pocket.

 

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE ROLA MOCA HIGH WAIST ‘BLACK BEAUTY’ AND THE OXYFIT ‘MIDNIGHT’?

The style, materials and fit are really very similar, they offer most of the same features however the OXYFIT is not quite as stretchy as the ROLA MOCA but they are both firm when on the body.

 

ARE THEY GOOD FOR PREGNANCY?

We recommend the ROLA MOCA HIGH WAIST range as it is better for during your whole pregnancy as it should stretch enough to accommodate your bump the whole journey whereas the OXYFIT (if the waistband is worn high) will probably become a bit too firm for comfort during the later stages but it can be folded down underneath your bump in this case.

 

WILL THE HIGH WAISTBAND IRRITATE MY C-SECTION SCAR?

The waistband in the high waist range have a seam free top (the elastic is built into the sides) so it sits flush on the body just above the belly button without digging in. A lot of our customers have used them just after bub is born (natural or c-section) as they are very comfortable on the skin, provide the extra core support and help to hold everything in place without being too tight to cause discomfort.

 

If I PURCHASE FOR DURING MY PREGNANCY SHOULD I GO UP A SIZE?

We find most ladies stay with their normal size for during pregnancy as the material is super stretchy it should be able to stretch to accommodate your bump as it grows however this can depend on how tight you like them to fit. They are designed to fit firm but if you are unsure and anticipate significant variation during pregnancy or prefer a little more room then we recommend going a size up.

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept payment via credit card (MasterCard, VISA & American Express), with payments processed via Stripe on our website, by PayPal or with Afterpay. If you chose to pay via Afterpay you can pay for your order in 4 installments over 8 weeks but you receive your goods right away. More info can be found here or on the Afterpay website

When checking out in PayPal (you can checkout as a guest or use your PayPal account) you will be prompted for your credit card details.

We can also offer payment via direct deposit. Please email us on info@runfastergear.com.au and we will put the item aside and send you an invoice and payment details. Once your order has been confirmed we will hold your goods for 48 hours while the bank deposit is confirmed. Your order will be dispatched once funds are cleared.

 

HOW DO I APPLY A DISCOUNT CODE TO MY ORDER?

From time to time RunFaster will run promotions and we provide unique codes to enter at checkout to redeem them. These codes are to be entered on the CART page – there is a box next to the ‘APPLY COUPON’ button, enter the code in the box and click apply coupon. You can also enter the code on the CHECKOUT page on our website at the top where it says ‘Have a coupon? Click here’. Codes cannot be applied once you have clicked ‘PROCEED TO PAYPAL’ from our checkout page and are redirected to the Paypal checkout page, if you get to this page without entering the coupon you will need to go back. Any problems please contact us on info@runfastergear.com.au and we will be happy to help.

 

MY DISCOUNT CODE ISN’T WORKING?

The code system is case sensitive so please ensure you have the code correctly entered exactly as it was listed. If you are still having issues please email us on info@runfastergear.com.au and we will be happy to help.

 

I PURCHASED A GIFT VOUCHER, WHAT NOW?

After confirmation of your order our graphic team will begin creating a gorgeous personalized Gift Voucher for the lucky lady. Please allow approx. 24 hours to receive your Gift e-voucher. If you need it urgently please let us know and we will do everything we can to help!

If you would like us to send it direct to the recipient please enter their email address in the ‘Send To’ field or if you would like to send it to the recipient yourself or print it out and hand deliver it please enter your email address in this field and it will come straight to you. Please let us know any special details you would like included and we will make it to suit 🙂
