Who doesn’t love PANCAKES! Every body loves pancakes, but if you’re trying to enjoy yourself while making better choices, it can be tricky!
Thankfully with clever recipes like this, you can enjoy yourself without the guilt.
4 tablespoons all purpose flour
Toppings of choice (e.g. maple syrup, strawberries)
**Optional – add vanilla protein into the mixture
1. Mash up the bananas.
2. Whisk in the eggs and flour until smooth.
3. Prepare a pan with oil over a medium heat.
3. Place some of the mixture into the pan. Spread it out. (Making it about 1cm thick).
4. Cook for 2 minutes and then flip the pancake and cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Add toppings of choice.
Makes about 6 large pancakes.
