Yum, yum, get in my tum!
- 1/3 cup peanut butter, smooth
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup coconut, shredded (including some for coating)
- 1 tsp honey (optional if want to sweeten)
- 2 tbsp oat flour or flour of choice
- Add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
- Scoop a spoonful of the mixture and with your hands roll into balls.
- Coat with extra coconut.
