- 3/4 cup peanut butter, smooth
- 15g Natvia,
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 2 eggs, large
- 50g cocoa powder
- Pinch of salt
- Optional to add 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celcius and prepare a baking tray.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs and place to the side.
- Melt the peanut butter to soften it and place to the side.
- In a different bowl add half the peanut butter, Natvia and vanilla essence and eggs. Mix well.
- Add the cocoa powder and salt, and continue to mix.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, if using.
- Pour the batter into the baking tray, evenly.
- Pour over the rest of the peanut butter.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Extend baking time if needed.
- Let cool before cutting.
