Nutritionist Tammy Mond gives us a modern twist on the traditional OJ - yum!
- 8 oranges
- 2 tbs lemon juice
- 1 tsp natvia (optional)
- Remove skin from the oranges. Also remove seeds.
- Place oranges into a blender.
- Add the lemon juice and natvia.
- Put lid on blender and put blender on a low speed for a few seconds. If there is a pulp option on the blender, use it.
- Strain the juice before drinking it.
