- 1 banana - frozen and chopped
- 1/2 cup strawberries - frozen or fresh
- 1-2 pieces of Weet-Bix
- 1 cup of milk of choice
- Additional extras of choice such as almonds, chia seeds, scoop of protein powder, other berries
- Place all ingredients into blender and mix until smooth.
