This is so good, you'll want to eat it straight away!
Ingredients
- 4 cups frozen mango, chopped
- 1 tsp Agave nectar or alternative of choice
- 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
- Option to add 1/2 frozen banana too.
Instructions
- Place mango, agave nectar and yoghurt into a food processor and process until smooth.
- Pour into ice cream moulds and place in freezer.
- Keep in freezer for a few hours before serving.
