A healthy, quick meal to break-the-fast this summer!!
- 1 cup Plain Greek Yoghurt
- Honey, (amount for taste preference to use as sweetener for yogurt)
- 1/4 cup Frozen Blueberries
- 1/3 Cup Granola/muesli mix (homemade or from the store)
- Add the honey to the yogurt and mix.
- Start layering your glass.
- Layer 1/2 to 2/3 of the yoghurt, then the muesli or granola and then the blueberries.
- Do this again with the remaining yoghurt, muesli and blueberries.
- Ready to eat.
